What is a Project?

Projects help you collect, organize, share, and export media in one collaborative space. A project brings together moments, clips, full media files, and photos—so you can manage your work over time, collaborate with others, and prepare content for delivery. Instead of working with temporary selections, projects give you a persistent workspace where discovered content becomes actionable.

Creating a Project

You can create a project at any time in the Moments Lab platform, from multiple entry points.

  • From the Projects page

  1. Open Projects from the navigation sidebar.

  2. On the Projects page, click New project in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter a project name and confirm.

  • From a moment or media file

  1. Click the three-dot menu.

  2. Click Add to project.

  3. Click Create new project.

  4. Enter a project name and confirm.

Your project is created instantly and appears in your project list.

Adding Items to a Project

You can add content to a project at any point in your workflow, without leaving your current view. Projects support moments, clips, full media files, and photos.

Add items directly from:

  • The Discovery Agent conversation

  • The media view

  • An event page

  • Search results

  • A media preview

How to add items

  1. Select the moment, clip, media file, or photo you want to add.

  2. Click Add to project.

  3. Choose an existing project or create a new one.

The item is added instantly to your project.

What you can do -

From the project detail page, you can:
