Share a project to give teammates, freelancers or partners a curated view of selected clips, without granting access to your entire library. You can share a project at creation or at any point afterward.
How project sharing works
Shared users get view-only access.
They can see and download all project content, even if they don't normally have access to the original files.
You can share with individual users or entire organizations.
Recipients get an email notification.
Viewers can duplicate the project to make their own edits, without changing the original.
Share a project
Open the project you want to share.
Click Share.
Select the users or organizations you want to share with.
Click Share to confirm.
Recipients receive an email notification with access to the project.
Manage shared projects
From the Projects listing page, switch between My projects and Shared with me to see projects you own and projects shared with you. If you're a viewer on a shared project, you can duplicate it to create your own editable version.
