Projects can be exported as downloadable files or sent directly to external destinations like MAMs, CMSs, or remote servers.

You can export:

  • Entire projects or individual assets

  • Proxy files or original files

  • Photos in HD, optimized, or proxy

  • Full projects as ZIP files

How to Download or Export a Project

  1. Open the project you want to download or export.

  2. Click Download.

  3. Select your file format.

  4. Click Download.

Your files will begin downloading.

Sending Projects to External Destinations

Instead of downloading files locally, you can send project content directly to preconfigured destinations like MAMs, CMSs, or remote servers.

When you send a project:

  • Select the media formats you want to export

  • Optionally include a rough cut file and/or metadata as companion sidecar files

  • Content arrives ready to use—no manual re-uploads required

How to send a project

  1. Open the project.

  2. Click Send to destination.

  3. Choose your destination.

  4. Click Send.

Tracking Exports and Deliveries

The My Exports page shows all project exports and deliveries in one place.

You can:

  • Track export and delivery status in real time

  • See file type, format, and destination

  • Check how many files were included

  • Identify issues or delays

All exports and sends are recorded, so you can revisit past deliveries and verify completion.
