As a guest user, you can request to download content from a project that you've built yourself. Once submitted, your request is reviewed and approved by the workspace admin — you'll receive an email notification as soon as your files are ready.
Create a Project
A project is a persistent workspace where you collect and organize the content you want to download. It brings together moments, clips, full media files, and photos — so everything you need is in one place before you make your request.
You can create a project and add content to it from multiple entry points:
From the collections – browse your collections and add the content you want to include.
From the search – run a search and add results directly to a new or existing project.
Using the Discovery Agent – let the agent find relevant content for you, then save it to a project.
To add any item to your project, click Add to project, then choose an existing project or create a new one. The item is added instantly.
Submit a Download Request
Once your project is ready:
Open the project and click Download request.
Select the file format and provide a brief description of your request.
Submit your request.
Your download request is now sent to the company admin for review.
What Happens Next
Once you've submitted your request:
The admin receives an email with a description of your request and a link to review it.
Once approved, a ZIP file is generated with all your selected content.
You'll receive an email notification inviting you to download your project.
Need to Make Changes?
If you want to add or update content after submitting your request, simply cancel the request and resubmit it once you're ready — your project stays intact and you won't have to start over.
