What is a social profile?
A social profile is the umbrella account for a show or brand (for example, “This Planet”). Each social profile can connect up to four social accounts, one per platform: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Publishing to social media requires a social profile with at least one connected social account.
Create a social profile
Only your Support team can create a social profile. Reach out to them with the social profile's name to get started.
Connect social accounts
Once your social profile exists, you can connect its social accounts yourself.
Click your Settings icon in the sidebar.
Under Administration, click Social profile.
Select your social profile, then click Add platform to connect its YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok accounts.
Once a social account is linked, you'll see a Linked status next to it.
To unlink it, click the platform, then click Yes to confirm.
