You want to share an existing collection to a new organization? This article is here to help you accomplish that!
1/ From the collection view, click on the collection you want to share then click on the Edit button.
2/ An editing window opens. Click on the Organizations to share with section to display the list of existing organizations, then select the ones you want to share the collection with.
3/ Save your changes to make the sharing of the collection available.
Beware, this action only shares the collection to the new organization and not its content.
To share the media you want to share:
1/ click on Enter select mode
2/ select the media in question by clicking on the checkbox at the top right of a media item
3/ click on the blue button displaying x selected media, then go to the share with an organization section. From here, click on the organizations to which you wish to give access to these media
That's it, you now know how to share a collection, and the media inside the collection!
