The Moments Lab Mobile App empowers you to access, manage, upload, and publish media on the go with ease.

The app is designed to simplify the process of capturing, managing and sharing content, providing a seamless experience that matches the capabilities of our web platform. Whether you need to upload footage from the field or share content instantly to social platforms, this app delivers the speed and convenience you need to stay ahead.

Our mobile app brings several exciting features that streamline media management and enhance content discovery and distribution workflows.

Search for Moments Lab from the App store specific to your devices operating system. For iPhones use the Apple App Store and for Android Phones use the Google Play Store.

You can log in using the email you use at your organization or via single sign on if this has been enabled. When logging in, ensure you select the region that your workspace is based in. If you are unsure which region to select, contact your administrator or our online support.

The mobile app makes it easy for Admin users can manage media tasks when your on the go and do not have quick access to your desktop.

You can ensure the right people have the right access to media files by editing who they can be shared with from within the mobile app. Internal or external stakeholders accessing your media library from the application will then be able to see only the content that you have selected for them to view.

Review and approve newly added media into events, create new events, collections and edit some basic media metadata such as title and date. An admin user can also add new labels and persons via the Thesaurus.

You can instantly upload media from the field to your library, eliminating delays and allowing your team to access fresh content in real time. Simply create a new event and

start adding the images and videos you've captured on your phone.

You can search for content on the mobile app in the same way that you search on your desktop app. Simply search in the search bar using free text, persons, labels. You can toggle between viewing entire media files or moments that match your search query. Use advanced filters to search across any custom metadata to help narrow down your search. Collections can also be created from the app.

Once you've found your media you can instantly download it to your phones native media gallery. This makes it quick and simple to then access them and publish to your social media platform of choice.

You can download the mobile app from the App Store or the Google Play Store.

The App is only currently supported as a mobile application.

You can log in via SSO. You can also save your credentials to log in more easily.

The search function allows you to search media and moments using plain text. Unfortunately the use of filters is not currently supported on the mobile app.

You can upload content you capture in the field by creating a new event or uploading content to a pre-existing event.

No, live events cannot be accessed using the mobile app.

This is not currently supported on the Mobile App.
