Create and Manage a Project

Build your project, add what you need, and keep it organized as you go.

Projects are persistent spaces for collecting and organizing content. You can create one from the Projects page or directly from any moment or media file, then add content from anywhere in your workflow.

Create a project

You can create a project from multiple places in the platform:

  • From the Projects page: click New project in the top-right corner, then enter a project name.

  • From a moment or media file: click the three dots (⋯), select Add to project, then Create new project, and enter a name.

Your project is created instantly and appears in your project list.

Add items to a project

Add moments, clips, media files or photos to a project from anywhere in your workflow: a Discovery Agent conversation, a media view, an event page, search results or a media preview.

  1. Select the item you want to add.

  2. Click Add to project.

  3. Choose an existing project, or create a new one.

The item is added instantly.

Manage your projects

The Projects listing page shows every project you own or have access to. From there you can:

  • View all owned and shared projects.

  • See how many items each project contains.

  • Search for a specific project.

  • Sort by last created, last updated or name.

  • Edit, share, duplicate, download, send or delete a project.

Manage content within a project

Open a project to view and manage its content.

  • Grid view: for visual browsing.

  • List view: for detailed information.

From here, you can preview any item, open a media file to view it in full, access its metadata, or clip assets by editing the timecode in and out.

You can also rename items, remove them from the project, or download them directly, either from the project view or from the media preview.
