Getting started video tutorials

Three short videos covering the basics: how to search, how to edit clips in Studio, and how to share your work with Projects.

Written by Will Edwards

These three videos cover the basics of working in your platform: how to search your content, how to edit clips into vertical shorts, and how to organize and share your work. Each one is a few minutes long. We recommend watching them in order.

1. How to search

This video covers the different ways to find clips in your content.

What the video covers:

  • The Discovery Agent: ask for what you want in plain language and get back the clips that match.

  • Keyword search: find an exact word or phrase.

  • Semantic search: find clips by meaning when you don't know the exact words.

  • Filters: narrow your results by show, season, person, or custom moment.

2. How to edit clips in Studio

Studio is the editing tool inside the platform. This video covers how to assemble and edit clips into vertical shorts.

What the video covers:

  • Assembling and trimming your clips into a single short.

  • Reframing from 16:9 to 9:16, either automatically or manually.

  • Adding captions.

  • Adding overlays and logos in your brand styles.

3. How to use Projects to share and download

Projects let you group clips together and share them. This video covers how to collect, share, and download your clips.

What the video covers:

  • Collecting clips into a project to keep them together.

  • Sharing externally with a share link, without sending large files.

  • Downloading clips to your device.
